The course is intended for high school seniors and first- or second-year university students who want to gain practical experience in how events are created and managed from idea to execution.

The teaching is based on project work and real-life tasks, allowing participants to learn organizational, collaboration, and creative thinking skills through hands-on experience.

Participants will become familiar with the basic principles of management and marketing, work on their own mini-project, and take part in the planning and implementation of real events. Special attention will be given to the culture of volunteering - how volunteering during school years can become a valuable learning and development experience, how to find relevant opportunities, and how to start your own initiative.

The course is held in collaboration with Alice Q, an agency that has been creating and managing international and local events for over 20 years. Participants will not only gain theoretical knowledge but will also work with professionals who organize events and festivals on a daily basis. They will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the real industry functions and gain experience that will benefit them in any career path where organization, creativity, and responsibility are essential.
