Throughout the master classes, Giorgi Jincharadze will guide participants through the process of creating an illustration, detailing the journey an illustrator undertakes from an idea to the final artwork. The lecturer will share insights about the techniques and tools he employs in his daily practice, as well as the principles and nuances involved in working with clients and co-authors. Using real examples, he will elaborate on the current challenges that illustrators and visual artists face. Gio will provide valuable information to the participants about the essential skills that future illustrators need to acquire, drawing from practical, real-world experience.
The primary goal of the master classes is to inspire individuals who are passionate about illustration, offering them the right guidance for their journey of development.

Giorgi Jincharadze
Visual artist, graphic designer, experienced freelance illustrator in the direction of Georgian fairy tales and mythology. Participated in organizing Tbilisi Book Days, the 2018 Frankfurt Book Fair, and illustrated the books 'Tsikara' (2019) and 'The Big Book of Wolves' (2020). The author of exhibition “Amirani”. A graduate of the Tbilisi State Art Academy.

Master Class comprises:
3 physical meetings (6 hours) on May 8, 9 and 10, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 19:00-21:00.
No prerequisites are required, and no prior preparation is necessary.
